AN THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE BE RESERVED?

We do not offer reservations for our products. If you need time to consider or are unsure if a particular item will fit you, we recommend placing an order and taking advantage of our 30-day return policy.

PRODUCT I LIKE IS SOLD OUT. CAN I GET NOTIFIED WHEN IT IS BACK IN STOCK?

If a size or product you wanted to buy is out of stock, you can sign up for a notification when it becomes available again. Just provide your email address on the product page. When the product is back in stock, we will notify you by sending an email to the provided address.

As long as we haven't shipped your package yet, we can change the products you ordered. Please contact our Customer Service Office by email.

After the package has been shipped and is ready for delivery, it is not possible to edit the order. However, you can exercise your right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the products

I WANT TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN I DO THAT?

If your order has not been prepared for shipment, you can change the address by contacting our Customer Service Office via email.

If your order has already been shipped, you can redirect it by contacting the courier company.

I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER. WHEN AND HOW CAN I DO THAT?

If we haven't shipped your order yet, you can cancel it. Just contact our Customer Service Office by email. If we have already sent the package to you, please accept it and exercise your right to withdraw from the sales contract.

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please check there if the confirmation of your order has been received and add our email address to your trusted recipients list. If you still cannot find any messages from us, please contact our Customer Service Office by email, and we will provide you with all the information regarding the current status of your order.
